A standout feature is the tri-color LED illumination system. The engine starts with white LED light. If decoding fails, it automatically switches to red illumination to suppress glare on reflective surfaces—particularly metal—where white light intensifies reflection and prevents reliable barcode reading. If red also fails, blue illumination is activated as a final stage.
