HW-1880 Programmable 2D Barcode Reader is a mini 1D 2D fixed barcode scanner module. It has a small size, a solid casing, USB, USB virtual serial port, and RS232 (multiple output physical interfaces) interfaces are available and optional. There are fixing nuts on the bottom of the housing for installation. It is a programmable barcode scanner module. In host mode(one of mode of the scanner), the interface need to be set to serial mode. The host sends corresponding commands (see the user manual for details) to control the scanner module.

It has great advantages in scanning speed, scanning angle, scanning range, recognition of fuzzy barcodes, reflective barcodes, etc., whether it is a paper barcode or an electronic screen barcode, it can recognize.

Aging process

The Aging Test is a certification for finished product. It means that the barcode scanner is set to continuous mode, and work continuously for 12 hours.After that, we will test this product once again to confirm whether the product function and performance will be defective. If the product has potential defects, after 12 hours of continuous work, it will be highlighted, which can avoid product problems with customers and trap abnormal products in the factory.

We will perform aging test on each product, not spot check, but full inspection.

According to customer requirements, we can adjust the aging time, such as 24 hours, or 8 hours.
