HW-1521R Kiosk Barcode Scanner is imaging type barcode reader module that can read both 1D and 2D barcodes. So that it can read barcodes 360° without adjusting the parallel angle of the barcodes, making scanning easier.It can read barcodes at a zero reading distance.

Powerful exposure capability and built-in fill light make it work in direct sunlight and dark environment, with low requirements for ambient light, can work at 0-100000 lux.

It is a programmable barcode scanner module. In host mode(one of mode of the scanner), the interface needs to be set to serial mode. The host sends corresponding commands (see the user manual for details) to control the scanner module, such as start scanning and stop scanning. This is suitable for devices with human-computer interaction, different choices, and the scanner module executes different commands.
