HW-1280 Megapixel Barcode Scanner is a high-performance and high-quality oem bar code scanner engine, with a megapixel high-resolution camera. It is also equipped with a 1.5GHz CPU, two major components of optics and electronics, all of which have super capabilities; in addition, it has also designed anti-ESD circuits, power protection circuits, and a wealth of interface signals. It has a compact structure and is easy to be embedded in various devices. In terms of software, HW-1280 has a rich application layer software strategy, which can be configured by scanning the setting code or through serial port commands. It can set a lot of different application functions, such as different trigger modes, different communication signals, different light/sound triggers, different data processing methods, etc.

It has excellent barcode reading performance, can recognize 3mil barcodes, and can read one-dimensional, two-dimensional paper and screen barcodes at the same time.

Its CPU refresh frequency reaches 1.5GHz, data processing speed is extremely fast, and it brings an excellent experience for users.

The data output is through a 12-pin female connector that can be connected to the FFC flat cable, which is connected to the same external 12-pin connector. We can provide the correct flat cable for free.

If the barcode scan module is installed in the window.

1. If the barcode scanning module is installed in the window, the window needs to use glass, you can use the anti-reflection layer, the red light transmission rate is not less than 90%, and the blur degree is less than 1%.

2. The window material should be anti-scratch and anti-fouling, choose high wear-resistant materials or add wear-resistant coatings.

3. Check the window surface to make sure it is not scratched, pitted or dirty.

4. The window should be on the inside of the device's housing.

5. The window should be parallel to the cmos barcode scanner.
